When does coverage end?

On the earliest of the following:

• The date You cancel your insurance;
• The date you become eligible for coverage under any Canadian federal, provincial or territorial government health insurance plan;
• The date you return to your home country; or
• The Expiry Date as shown on your policy confirmation document.
