Does this policy cover pre-existing medical conditions?

Under the Deluxe Plan, pre-existing conditions may be covered for ages 69 and under; the following restriction applies:

• For ages 69 and under on the Start Date of the policy, the Pre-Existing Condition or Medical Condition was Stable and Controlled during the 120 day period immediately prior to Your Start Date.

Stable and Controlled means the Medical Condition is not worsening and there has been no alteration in any medication for the condition or its usage or dosage, nor any Treatment, prescribed or recommended by a Physician or received within the time period specified in this Policy, prior to Your Start Date.

Treatment means any medical, therapeutic or diagnostic procedure prescribed, performed or recommended by a Physician including but not limited to prescribed medication, investigative testing and surgery.

Under the Classic Plan, there is no pre-existing conditions coverage.
