Who is this insurance meant for?

Both the Classic and Deluxe plan are available to visitors to Canada, immigrants, and Canadians who are not otherwise eligible under any Canadian federal, provincial or territorial government health insurance plan. Both plans are available to individuals ages 15 days old to 84 years old on the start date.
