Are refunds available?

Yes. Full refunds are available if you cancel your policy within 10 days of purchase provided it is prior to the start date of your period of coverage. After this 10 day review period, you can still receive partial refunds less an administration fee charged by Royal Travel Insurance Services Ltd. There is no administrative fee charged when you cancel your policy due to a denial of your visa application.
